Don’t underestimate a baby turtle. We were gathered on the ground, watching this baby turtle make its rounds to each person, and just exploring like baby turtles do. Aww how cute! A pet baby turtle. So small and helpless(walking towards mans leg), nature is so amazing(stretches out head), so tiny(opens mouth), I have never seen anything so adorable (CHOMP!). Wow! (Man grabbing leg) Look at the giant man screaming and jumping(Shock on man’s face)! It can’t be that bad. It’s just a tiny turtle. Is that turtle smiling?

Single Dead Detective Seeks Clue
Ever since the Big Uneasy unleashed vampires, werewolves, and other undead denizens on the world, it’s been hell being a detective–especially for zombie P.I. Dan Chambeaux. Taking on the creepiest of cases in the Unnatural Quarter with a human lawyer for a partner and a ghost for a girlfriend, Chambeaux redefines “dead on arrival.” But just because he was murdered doesn’t mean he’d leave his clients in the lurch. Besides, zombies are so good at lurching.
Now he’s back from the dead and back in business–with a caseload that’s downright unnatural. A resurrected mummy is suing the museum that put him on display. Two witches, victims of a curse gone terribly wrong, seek restitution from a publisher for not using “spell check” on its magical tomes. And he’s got to figure out a very personal question–Who killed him?
For Dan Chambeaux, it’s all in a day’s work. (Still, does everybody have to call him “Shamble”?) Funny, fresh, and irresistible, this cadaverous caper puts the P.I. in R.I.P….with a vengeance.
“Wickedly funny, deviously twisted and enormously satisfying. This is a big juicy bite of zombie goodness. Two decaying thumbs up!”–Jonathan Maberry
“Anderson has become the literary equivalent of Quentin Tarantino in the fantasy adventure genre.”–The Daily Rotation

“It was just after midnight when the girl in the blue diamond necklace fell out of the sky.”
In Hollywood, an ex-con movie producer, fresh out of San Quentin, is lucky if he can get a valet to take his car at the Ivy. Teddy Chessman got his own studio.
Why? Because Teddy controls the most important motion picture property to hit town since agents were invented. And attached to this expected critical and financial bonanza is the biggest female action star in the world, Valentine Jones.
But good plans die horrible deaths, and foolproof ones, worse. And now, the guy who loaned Teddy the money to buy the joint–Rail Black, a former Delta Force operator with a private fortune–is forced to take possession of Teddy’s dream. And the bad news is just beginning.
Exploding from ninety years in the past–when gangsters and movie tycoons roamed Hollywood and scratched each other’s wallets–Rail is sucked into a quicksand of unsettled scores, duplicity and death, where a couple of billion dollars in boxoffice seems like small change.
From Southern California to New York, Venice, Havana, Mexico and Cyprus, Rail must disentangle the past from the present and come to terms with his feelings for Barrie Fontaine, a long dead woman–and extraordinarily brave pilot–he has never met.
And somewhere, out there, is Matty Aspirins, a hitman on a mission all his own.
Welcome to Beverly Hills is Burning.
