How lazy am I? I took my son to baseball practice and not even 20 feet from the field was a track. I was wearing sweats, running shoes, and I had an hour and a half to kill. Did I run or even walk that track? Nope. I just stared at it for an hour an a half thinking I should jog. It would have been easier mentally if I just got up and ran around the track, but no. I just thought about it and now I am regretting not running the track. Fine… next time I am wearing jeans and high heels so I won’t torture myself with the possibilities.
