I watched the second half of the movie Children of the Corn the other day and I gotta say….not a fan. I was a bit pissy about the ending. What’s the point if the good guys die in the end. That kind of ending annoys the PADOODLE out of me. I was even more pissy when one of the bad guys died in the last scene. There isn’t even a battle going on and he walks willingly to his death. Well just forget it then! You can’t even root for the bad guys in hopes of a good ending. I know I should stay away from the horror movies because even the previews for these things give me nightmares, but I am a glutton for punishment I guess. Plus there was nothing else on TV and I needed to relax. What I should have done is just watch the last episode of Sherlock Holmes with Benedict Cumberbatch. I haven’t watch the last one because fans of the show have to wait 2 years for the next one to come out. Don’t get me started on that! ERG!!! Oh.. yes… I’m in a mood today!

With no intention of staying, Agnes devises a scheme to sneak out of the Manor and find another place to live. Before she can make her exit, she runs into her best friend from high school, along with some other quirky characters. With a nose for trouble, Agnes learns some of the residents are being robbed, over-medicated, and denied basic cable and Internet access. But the real moment of truth comes when Agnes is forced to choose between her feisty self-reliance and the self-sacrifice that comes from caring for others.
