If you want to test a marriage, try creating a family picture wall. We had the brilliant idea to make a family picture wall since all our friends had one and we didn’t, so we were terrible unloving people. We were also happily married and up until now didn’t feel the need to have a family picture wall. I blame it on that ugly new couch. Ever since I let my hubby pick out the couch. He picked it out based on comfort not beauty, and of course our lives have been in chaos. Actually just the living room has been in chaos, but you get the idea. The cat and I hate change and bring in that monstrosity changed the whole living room, including the pictures on the wall, which opened up a whole wall for a family picture wall. Lets just say during the process, with hammers and nails flying, things were said that can’t be taken back. This morning there is still one section of empty space I just don’t agree with. I will save that for another day though. I love my hubby.

A young lonely young artist with a dangerous sideline A wanna be lawman and his shotgun toting grampa A priceless antique race car and an unfortunate Emu ~~~ “Stephanie Plum step aside,” by Alana Woods blogger ~~~ “When I see a book come up on my reading lists by RP Dahlke, I dive for them. I love her wit in her story telling. She develops great, believable characters that are easy to get to know… ” Pamela S, Amazon ~~~ “This was a WONDERFUL READ from start to finish! I started it at bedtime and figured it would help me fall asleep, but instead I stayed up all night finishing the book & didn’t get any sleep at all. The characters descriptions & aspects of their personalities are sprinkled throughout the book, yet I have a perfect full picture of each one in my mind (I just love Pearlie & her spunk)! The plot/mysteries had me guessing & sometimes clueless. It’s definitely NOT one of those books where 50 pages in you know “whodunnit” & then spend the next 200 trudging through what you already knew.” By Karmela C Lyman, Amazon

THE BAZAAR (Devany Miller Book 1)
Jen Ponce
(42 Reviews)
Genre: Horror
FREE for a limited time
Devany Miller’s job as a victim’s advocate roots her in reality as firmly as a person can be, which makes the offer of ‘magic sugar’ from a gorgeous salesman at a psychic fair all the more fantastic. The sugar, he tells her, will allow her to visit the exclusive vendors tucked away in the shadows beyond his tent. Indulging in fancy, she takes a taste and ventures into what she figures is a tourist trap. Then the screams begin and Devany is yanked violently into a world of butchered humans, of witches who make foolish deals with demons, and of spiders that use human skins as camouflage for their assassinations. Devany’s normal life begins to crumble into madness as she struggles to stay alive. Her marriage falls apart. And of course, there’s the little matter of the demon who has laid claim to her, and the powerful creature that wants to take her apart piece by piece to taste her soul. Despite her fear, Devany has children to protect, and she can’t sit idly by while monsters in the guise of people drag innocents to their deaths.
