So my recent scare about being officially old has caused me to panic and announce that we (my partner in crime’s family and my family) are going out tonight. It’s Friday and we are going to party like it’s 1999. You see all that is wrong with my thinking right. First of all, when planning a wild night out, you do not invite children along for the ride. Secondly, partying like it’s 1999 is 17 years ago. People born in 2000 are able to drive cars… Why don’t I just party like it’s 1899…same thing. I still hear Prince’s voice when I say 1999. Aww… I miss him. And for that reason I am old again. I’m going to put on a purple robe tonight and just give in.

John Coburn, a Harvard-trained doctor still reeling from his father’s sudden death a few days earlier, wanders into a bar in New York City’s Greenwich Village a few minutes before midnight. He encounters an old friend from college, a man named Brian Ripley, whom he hasn’t seen in nearly 20 years. Ripley is with a beautiful young woman and is clearly in a hurry to leave. Coburn could have never been prepared for Ripley’s reaction to seeing him, and he is even less prepared for what happens next. The following morning, the young woman with Ripley is found dead in Washington Square Park, the victim of a brutal murder. Coburn goes to the police and tells them of his encounter with Ripley the previous night. What the police tell him shakes him to his core – Brian Ripley has been dead for 15 years. The story moves at breakneck speed as John Coburn searches for the truth behind the woman’s murder and whether or not he really saw his friend, or merely a ghost, that night.

“What would you have done if the universe had granted you unimaginable powers? Become a superhero and save the world? Become a villain who wants to transform the world in his own image? Or live the life of a selfish brat? For me, it turned out that you don’t get to decide on just one.” Person of No Interest is a fictional autobiographical account of a person writing about the last 13 years of his life where he was periodically gifted with extraordinary powers in a matter akin to a video game RPG character. Fueled by the fear that public knowledge of his abilities would only result in disaster, he instead chooses to observe the world as an outsider, watching, experiencing and on occasion, influencing real world events, all on his own terms.

If you have read any of my books in this series, you probably wonder how Wolf and Colton Banyon came together. How did Loni meet Colt and why are the Patel sisters constantly throwing themselves at him. The answers are here in the remake of my original book. When things go bad, they really go bad for Colton Banyon, a middle-aged business man. There appears to be a White Supremacy group chasing him. He has no idea why they have targeted him. He is soon offered help from people that he would never have expected to assist him. This leads to an exotic adventure and ultimately to a plot that was devised by the Nazi higher command during World War II. It was designed to keep America out of the war and ultimately as the starting point of a complete takeover of the government. The plot involves a true written history of the Aryan race. A mysterious elderly gentleman is behind the scenes and controlling several suiters of the artifact. He was given the assignment over 60 years ago. He is dying and wants to implement the old plan before he leaves earth.
