With the Christmas decorations twinkling all throughout the house and the cookies baked, I feel like it’s time for me to hold on tight and enjoy the ride. I will try my best not to blink because I will surly miss something. What is with that? Time never flies when I am cleaning the house or doing other boring stuff, but add a few twinkly lights and I am zooming along in a time machine set to warp speed. I gotta figure out a way to make using the spin-bike delightful so I can do my twenty minutes a day without crying after the first minute. I guarantee you once I discover that secret I will let you all know. We can all be exercise nuts together. Right now the only cure I have is shoving a cookie in my mouth and spending my twenty horrible minutes figuring out ways to justify eating and spinning.
