I just don’t think I am going to get my beach body this summer. I’m not talking about thinner thighs or a flatter tummy. I am talking about a body that can go out in the sun without burning to a crisp. I put on SPF 1000 and I still find myself getting burned. My hubby and my oldest baby basset get tan just being in the same room as a picture of the sun, while my youngest and I get a burn from the refrigerator light. We spent a week at the lake and I went from clear to translucent. I had sunblock on the entire time, even at night in case the moon was extra strong the closer you got to the water. I will never tan. I must come to grips with this. In high school it was kinda rough. I have pointy incisors and pale skin. Come to think of it, if I was in high school when the Twilight movies came out I would have been very popular. Hmmph! Well that bites! HA HA HA HA!!!
