Shopping for rocks will have to wait because today we are off to the lake. I am debating if I should take a few ibuprofen now or wait until we get there. I am going to attempt to water ski. That is all I do..attempt. Rarely do I get up. Mostly I just get dragged across the lake, body parts flopping all around, water being pumped into my mouth, water skis left in wakes. It’s a pretty ridiculous site, but I love to try. Plus I keep thinking that it’s still a workout, so it’s good for me. I am nervous about one thing at the lake. Lake monsters. I know you are thinking there are no lake monsters, but are your sure? Very sure?? You can’t be certain unless you drain the whole lake. Could you imagine if they actually did drain a lake and found a monster? I would NEVER go in a body of water larger than a bathtub ever again. I have a fear of sharks in pools, so finding a monster in a drained lake would seal it for me. I would also be running up to everyone saying “I TOLD YOU SO!!!” Anyway… off to the lake!
