I refuse to leave the house on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I believe it is considered the worst day of the year to be driving because of traffic. Thing is, I haven’t left the house the day before Thanksgiving in so long that I can’t remember if the traffic is fact or fiction. For the life of me I can’t remember if I made up that fact years ago or not. Yes, I can always Google it to find out, but what’s the fun in that? Sometimes it’s fun not to know the answer for certain. My dad used to say if you smile at an inchworm, it will count your teeth and they will all fall out. Sure, I can Google that to see if it’s true, but then the mystery is gone.
