I am going to try and earn the trust of Lizzy the Lizard in the front yard. A few people have suggested that food is the way to go. My sister in law has a friend that feeds the lizards in her yard, and they come out to great her. That sounds like fun. I am concerned if I try to feed Lizzy, the food will attract the birds that would also like to eat her. There are a lot of hungry crows in my neighborhood. I guess I don’t have a lot of options since Lizzy and I have a bit of a language barrier to overcome. I find it strange that there is only one lizard in my front yard. When I was growing up if there was one there was usually ten or more. I haven’t seen her hubby Ardy yet this year, but it might be too cold for him. Okay.. here is my plan. I will make a few more rock structures for Lizzy to hide in, and I will put food inside the structures. More hiding spaces and food should attract more lizards.
