Hubby has officially announce that he is sick of the rain, and wants it to stop. I am so used to hearing about droughts that I have been very positive about all this rain. Now though I am starting to agree with hubby. I am getting a bit sick of it too. It probably didn’t help my hubby’s feelings about the rain when I took him plant shopping while it was sprinkling in a very annoying way. Not enough to be called rain, but enough to get his t-shirt wet. He refused to wear a coat. I wonder if that’s a California thing. We ran into our neighbors in the parking lot and they weren’t wearing coats either. Yet there we were, talking for 20 minutes in the rain. I was the only one with a coat on. Today I will be planting the plants I picked up. It will be raining of course. Maybe if I ignore it like the others did yesterday it won’t be so bad. I should just pretend I am living in Water World and Kevin Costner will pop out of a bucket of water. That would be fun.
