My oldest baby basset has discovered grilling. OH MY GOSH! Two days ago hubby taught him how to cook a tri-tip, and yesterday they grilled up a delicious sausage dinner. Sure, my cholesterol is probably going to shoot through the roof, but if I don’t get it tested I can continue to enjoy awesome meals from my bubbees. I think tonight might need to be a hamburger night. After that I will eat nothing but salads every night until the weekend. GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD??? I blame all of this on the awesome weather we are finally having. Sunshine equals grilling season and I for one am here for it!
