It’s been a wonderful week of camping. Great food, fantastic weather, a full lake, and awesome friends and family. You would think on the last day we would try to cling on to every last second we could. Nope! As soon as there is light in the sky the race is on to pack up. There is always one person per trailer that is up super early and starts packing as soon as they can. I’m the one in my group. I start by ripping the pillows out from under sleeping heads, and soon after blankets are flying off the beds. My baby bassets used to get upset, but now they are strong enough to resist a bit and cling tight to the covers. They know I will only try for a few seconds before I move on. Sure, it buys them a few more moments of warmth, but I’ll be back. MWAHAHAHA. Once I send this post out, the fun begins!
