So here is a quote I got a kick out of this morning. “Doing yoga at home is a relaxing way to find out how disgusting your floors are.” This happened to me yesterday. I got down on the floor to do my daily (more like every other day) sit-ups and push-ups, and once I got situated on the carpet, it felt like I had entered a different universe. While standing the carpet was fine, but once on the floor I entered dog fur H..E.. double hockey sticks. GROSS! Not to mention dog toy bits and pieces, leaf bits, snack crumbs, and (gags) toe nails!! I was so distracted but all the grossness I kept losing count of how many sit-ups I did. I have no clue if I did the whole workout or not. Her is the thing though, with my new found knowledge did I get out the vacuum? No. By the time I was once again standing up the urgency to clean that disgusting rug left my body and I was off to find a snack. We all know I won’t even think about it again until I do my daily exercise again in two days.
