Apparently the only motivation I need is a reward of a little enamel pin to keep me exercising every day. I bought the Star Wars pin advent calendar off of Amazon last week for only $7. That was a deal I could not resist. I love Star Wars, and I also love and collect Disney Pins. WIN WIN!! I did feel a little foolish for buying an item I clearly did not need. So to make myself feel better about my purchase I decided that in order to earn a new pin each day I had to do my exercises first. And I have been. It’s amazing just how willing I am to do a few sit-ups and push-ups for a little pin of baby Yoda. I didn’t even cry inside while I was doing it. I am crying a bit now when I try to get out of my chair. YIKES! But you know I will do it again today to see what pin is next. So far I have two baby Yodas, a Mandalorian, Ahsoka, and really sore abs. SUCH FUN!
