Yesterday was my birthday and we enjoyed a wonderful cake after dinner. Of course I woke up this morning feeling like dirt. I just can’t have that much sugar right before bed anymore. Hubby is not feeling all that great either. Not wanting to feel this bad tomorrow morning from the second half of the cake, hubby and I are currently debating having our share this morning for breakfast. Problem is, I know that when the baby bassets ask for a piece of cake after diner tonight, hubby and I will want to split the remaining cake four ways instead of two. So our brilliant plans will be a waste. But we will have had the most cake that way. Hmmmm.
