Either the little birds were drunk in my backyard yesterday, or the baby birds from my little birdhouse are learning to fly. I have never seen such a hot mess in my life. I can’t be sure if it was different birds or not, but they were flying into the side of the house, hitting the fence, or landing on the ground right next to me. One was only inches from hitting me on the side of the head! All while this is happening one little bird was chirping madly at them. In my head it was the mom encouraging them. That, or calling them dummies. Not sure. I was really worried about them, but I have got to let nature be nature, and try not to get so emotionally invested in them. It’s hard not to though.
