Running, going to the gym, and going for walks after dinner. What is this magical motivation that gets you to exercise? I want some!! I jump roped twice this week. At no point did I feel motivated to jump more than the 300 goal I set for myself. I was so sore on Wednesday I skipped that day to recover. My baby basset is not showing any signs of slowing down.
