“Science officially works out exact age that people become ‘Old’.” Nope! I am not reading that article. If my body finds out when exactly science declared me old, it would probably just go ahead and shut down right then and there. Brain and I have been doing our best to lie to my body about how it feels and what all that creaking is about. There is no way we are giving body any excuse to give up. In fact I think I am going to do some jump roping to get the blood going. If I am going to exercise I want to do something that keeps me close to home. I don’t want to find out a 1/2 mile down the road that have to stop, but I still have to make the effort to go back. Yuck. Do me a favor everyone. If you read that article and my body asks you what the age is, just lie to it like my brain and I do every day.

Through it all, she finds an authentic outlet in her journal, filling it with her hopes and dreams, an extraordinary infatuation, and more heartbreak and disappointment than anyone should have to endure.

Will her love be a catalyst for change, transforming the lives of those she holds dear? And what about her talent for writing? Will all her hopes and dreams remain out of her reach, or will her writings become her salvation, her way of expressing herself and finding solace?
