Hmmph. I guess I need to start thinking about New Year’s Resolutions. Honestly dieting and exercising might just be the easiest option. I was eating pretty healthy right up until about a week before Christmas. Then all heck broke loose and there was chocolate included in my breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Needless to say I am really sick of junk food right now. MY KINGDOM FOR A VEGETABLE! Preferably roasted with a bit of garlic and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Yummy. I feel like I should eat a bunch more chocolate while I can. Once the New Year’s Resolutions begins, I won’t be allowed to have any. Last year I put a time limit of one month on my resolution and that worked out great. I didn’t feel like a failure for not keeping it up all year and I didn’t quit after just two weeks because I knew I only had another week or so to go. Easter is April 20th this year. I am going to set that as my goal date. And just to make it even easier, I get birthdays and holidays off diet. That should do it. Now where is the chocolate?
