With so much clutter clear out from the garage sale this past weekend, I can look forward to the next big thing. We have planned an RV trip for spring break visiting three national parks. First stop is Joshua Tree, then Death Valley, and ending with Yosemite. Unlike our last trip that was 22 days long and a lot of short stops, this will be only 9 days and with just three destinations. I am both very excited and very nervous about this trip. How amazing will it be to be able to spend time with both of my baby bassets and hubby exploring these amazing national parks? Great right? Yes. I had often day dreamed of getting a motor home and doing exactly what we did last Summer and this trip. So whats the problem? The problem is I still have a fear of riding in cars. This is a problem when the whole trip is driving. Hmmph. I can drive for some of the trip, and I am a good, yet slow driver. But it’s still a bit stressful. I just have to remember I drove last summer through some pretty steep mountains and everything was just fine. It will be fun. It will be fun

One Good Move: A Small Town Brother’s Best Friend Romance (Haven Harbor Book 1)
by Lily Miller
(196 Reviews)
FREE for a limited time
One Good Move is the exciting book one in the steamy and addictive Haven Harbor Series.
Let me make one thing clear: I did not fly to Miami for a one-night stand. However, I did follow a devastatingly handsome man into a hotel office and do ridiculously filthy things with him on top of a desk. It didn’t matter that he worked for a rival company because I had no plans to stick around. Or ever see him again.
But it turns out Grayson Ford is hard to forget. And now, two years later, my one-night stand is suddenly back in my life. Not only is he my shirtless, drop-dead gorgeous new neighbor, but he is also my brother’s best friend — which makes me off-limits. Try telling that to Grayson, with his piercing dark eyes and a smirk that gets him whatever he wants. Like me, that night in Miami.
Grayson is very hard to resist, but I moved back home to Reed Point to help my family, not cause more problems.
Our friendship works for a little while, but our chemistry is undeniable. It doesn’t take long before we both decide that one night wasn’t enough. And the more secret nights I spend with him, the more I want a life with him.
I came back to this town to make things right, but my brother will never forgive me if he finds out the truth. I never planned to fall this hard, never mind find love. All I wanted to do was make One Good Move.

EXCERPT “I’d tell you boy’s good luck but you’re going to need a whole lot more than that. Divine intervention maybe. Stack your magazines deep, keep your powder dry and be ready to fight the devil himself,” It abruptly ended there. “What the hell?” I said looking up at my brother. That’s what my father wrote in his journal. It was ominous, sinister, menacing… All the words that raced through my mind when I read it. No matter which word I chose to use, they all meant the same thing. Something bad was on the horizon.

USA Today Bestselling author Tonya Kappes brings you southern and quirky characters in her mystery series. Her stories are charged with humor, friendship, family and life in small southern towns.
Let me be the first person to welcome you to Normal, Kentucky located in the heart of the Daniel Boone National Forest. I’m Mae West the owner of Happy Trails Campground.
Over the past few months my love life has been on what you’d call a slippery slope. Just this past week I’d resigned to the fact that me and Hank Sharp was caput! Done with. No more!
And when I got a phone call during Bobby Ray’s meeting with his birth mother from Hank, I felt like I was wrapped up between a nightmare and a dream.
Let me cut to the chase.
Hank’s best friend Jerry Truman is a local private investigator and he’s got a HUGE case that includes a dead body. Of course I’ve not stuck my nose in it because honestly it has nothing to do with me. Those are the kinda murders I like, but now that Hank has told me he’s back and helping Jerry, and get this… they need me to use my sleuthing skills to help them, it’s now my business.
One, because I love to snoop and two because by the sound of things, Hank Sharp misses me as much as I miss him.
You see, this case will be a double win!
At least that’s what I thought until I’m the one staring into the barrel of a shot gun when I found out a little too much information.
