My hair is done and so are my nails. If I can’t be in prime condition for Tough Mudder (10 miles/20 obstacles, and a sense that I do this just to show that I’m still young even though I grunt when picking stuff off the floor) this weekend, then at least I can look good. My partner in crime and I are just not feeling it this time and I am not sure why. I think it’s because the event has been moved from the VERY beautiful and treacherous mountains of Lake Tahoe, to the very flat and boring horse fields of Sacramento. We are going from the beautiful mountains, to mountains of horse poop. Poop. I just picture lots and lots of poop. I wonder if they are going to call the poop an obstacle. Just like playing Hot Lava, but with poop.
