They tricked me! The monsters in the attic tricked me into thinking they were in the attic when in fact they were below the house the whole time. I have spent many a morning running outside looking for the critters who were go-cart racing on my roof or bowling inside my attic. I read a political comment about how the media was focusing on one story to detract from another. That’s when it hit me. I have spent the whole time looking up when I should have been looking down. So I opened the doors to the crawls spaces under the house. Sometimes knowledge isn’t the great light you wanted. They are using the pipes under the house as walkways and it rumbles all the way up to the attic. I would really have preferred monsters or possibly a very short boogieman. A Troll would have been awesome! A sparkly one!
