Every Monday might as well be called January first, because I wake up full of guilt for what I did, and I resolve to be better from now on. It was worth it though. All those fresh baked cookies, homemade pasta and Prosecco from a family winery was so delightful. I had never had Prosecco before, but it is my new favorite drink. I wont mind living on celery sticks for the whole week knowing that might weekends will be filled this month with such delights.
