This year I ended up with only two and a half pumpkins. Unlike most years when I have about twelve or so. I usually like to buy them throughout the month of October, and move them daily so hubby has a hard time keeping track of just how many I get. This year I have three (ish) pumpkins. One my friend grew, one that was given to us when we on a Halloween themed train ride, and one that I grew that was supposed to be large, but only ended up being the size of a softball. Grr. Why do I try to grow pumpkins?? Just No…stop it! Anywho… I love the fact that not buying a bunch of pumpkins this year has thrown hubby off a bit. I have given no explanation as to why I didn’t. I also didn’t say that I still wouldn’t jump in my car at any moment go out and buy them all at once. HA! I honestly don’t know why this year was different. That’s okay. I like to keep hubby on his toes.
