I am so excited! Today I am going to get stretched! My sister in law told me about a place that stretches you, but all I could think of was a place with weird medieval torture devices like Pilates tables. OH MAN, Pilates is so painful! I didn’t even think twice about it until I saw an offer for a free 30 minute session. All of the sudden it sounded like a great idea. The advertisement said all I had to do was wear loose fitting clothing and relax while the person did all the work. I wonder if there is something similar for cardio. I would pay big money for someone to do my cardio and I get all the benefits.
