This morning is the opening day parade for my oldest bassets baseball league. The kids get dressed up in their uniforms, it takes about 30 minutes to get them organized in the correct order, the excitement is high and the kids are all jumping around like crazy rabbits. When the parade finally starts, the kids walk about 50 yards and then it’s over. The kids are calmer for about 3 minutes and at the end of the parade chaos returns. Let the season begin!
