Last night was the last baseball game of my oldest basset’s season. I have been told that he should move up a level next year, but I am not sure I am ready for that. Each time he moves up a level it gets more and more serious of a game. It seems that it’s just blatantly a reflection of how fast our kids are growing up. I keep thinking maybe if I hold him back a level it will keep him young longer. I don’t think it works that way, but as long as he still needs his mom to put his band aides on his knee I will be okay.
