IT WAS ME! Oh, I am sooo angry. I am the one laying the eggs right now not Heather. By the way…this is Naughty. I put a note on the crazy lady’s door that there is free cake being served at the pet shop. Hopefully she will buy some crickets while she is there. I agree Peggy V, our voice needs to be heard, but not just Jackie’s. For a long time Jackie didn’t really have a whole lot to say anyway, and she stayed in the coop most of the day. MAN! It is crazy when she molts. Every single feather of hers falls right out. All of it! The crazy lady really needs to make a sweater for Jackie when this happens. She is a lot better now, but Jackie is really proud and took it hard when crazy lady said she was oven-ready. I am pretty sure she won’t eat us, but words can hurt ya know.

Evidence of the Afterlife: The Science of Near-Death Experiences Reports of near-death experiences (NDEs) are flooding the media with books, articles and interviews. People describe hovering over their bodies, details of their surgeries, talking with deceased relatives, and reviewing their lives in vivid detail, often while their brains should be incapable of producing rational thought or memories. While the accounts are no doubt interesting, do they provide any solid evidence for the afterlife and the existence of God? Miller argues, in nontechnical and engaging prose, that it does indeed. He began his study doubting that NDEs provided such evidence, but found himself convinced by the weight of the evidence. In this multiple award-winning book, the reader will explore: The common naturalistic explanations for NDEs. Evidence that NDEs point to God and heaven. The results of 35 years of research into NDEs by doctors and other professionals, fully documented for those who want to study further. A comparison of NDEs with Christian teachings.

Four teenagers battle for justice and create a legend. Montana’s tall mountains and deep valleys have produced many legends, but this one is more recent than most. The events that created the legend occurred in the summer of 1949. During World War Two, the sheriff in a remote part of Montana dodged the draft and avoided the war. With the local men fighting overseas, the sheriff built a vicious organization that ruled through fear and intimidation. By the time the war’s survivors came home, the sheriff was in firm control of the county and its commerce. The sheriff’s reign of terror was finally challenged when he crossed paths with young Jerry Flynn and his friends; four teen-agers who still believed in right, wrong, truth, and justice. When the teens innocently questioned the sheriff’s actions, the retaliation was immediate and brutal. But the sheriff underestimated the four teenagers. Instead of running, they began secretly investigating and recording the gang’s activities; an investigation which revealed that the sheriff was far worse than anyone suspected. Soon the four teens found themselves fighting for their lives as they tried to rescue innocent women who had been enslaved by the depraved sheriff and his deputies. By the time the summer was over, the battle had expanded to include a group of former Marines, the FBI, and two Indian Nations. Together they brought their version of justice to the sheriff and his gang, creating The Legend of Camel’s Hump.
