I’m so cheap. I see all these video advertisements of “Revolutionary” exercises that are supposed to turn me into a beauty queen or muscle beast mayhem or whatever. I see the short clips, but instead of clicking on the link to buy the subscription or book, I write down a description of the movement on a little notepad. The advertisements keep popping up on my news feed from different companies, so now I have almost a full routine. BRILLIANT!
